    Arrival, then Pizza Day

    Meet at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 in the morning and fly together. Land at Taoyuan in the afternoon, drop bags at Orange Hotel in the middle of Ximending, and head out to Taiwan Bitcoin Hub for Pizza Day at Taiwan Bitcoin Hub. The day Bitcoin first paid for something real (May 22, 2010), spent shoulder to shoulder with the local Bitcoiners.

    Bitcoin Squad Asia First Meetup

    Morning: a gentle walk through Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Lunch together on Nanjing East Road at Rolling Thai. Afternoon: the Bitcoin Squad Asia First Meetup at Taiwan Bitcoin Hub, where builders from Taiwan, Korea, Japan and India take turns presenting (15–30 min each). Dinner and networking continue at Tempo House over Taiwanese fusion.

    Bitcoiners' Daytrip · Yehliu · Shifen · Jiufen

    A day outside the city. A private coach heads to the northeast coast: Yehliu Geopark, lunch and sky lanterns at Shifen old street, the sunset at Jiufen, and the Gold Museum at Jinguashi. Back in Ximending, dinner closes the day at FLY BAR Ximen, five minutes from the hotel — Taiwanese fried pork knuckle and beer.

      Skip the front-on queue. The side silhouette against the sea hides the crowd entirely.

      Check the train timetable, then shoot burst-mode the moment the lantern leaves your hands. One frame always lands.

    • Jiufen · A-Mei Tea House

      Just after sunset, when the red lanterns come on. Your phone often handles that light better than a camera.

    • Jinguashi Gold Museum

      It's the mine tunnels and old buildings, not the exhibits. Stand at the end of an arcade and frame one person walking through.

    One last morning, then home

    A free morning, or join the group for the changing-of-the-guard at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Anyone staying solo gets a lunch voucher. Check out is 11:00 — leave luggage at the front desk, then regroup just before noon and ride to the airport together.

      Get there about five minutes before the hour (09:00 / 10:00 / 11:00) to claim the front row. Side angle with a tele lens captures the choreography best.

      The last shot of a trip isn't the view; it's the bags and the people. Everyone in the lobby with their suitcases tends to age the best.
